Who can join BankMarketplace.com? 
 

  • Only State and Federally chartered Bank’s and Credit Union’s are allowed to create an account and become members
  • Other finance companies and financial institutions may qualify, please Contact Us if you would like to be considered for creating an account and becoming a member.
     
How does BankMarketplace.com work?

  • The public can search Bank Owned Property and contact the Bank or Credit Union for FREE!
  • Bank’s and Credit Union’s can create accounts, purchase listing packages, and list their Bank Owned Property that will be visible to everyone!
  • Interested buyers and investors (public) can contact the Bank or Credit Union directly or a representative of the Bank or Credit Union to negotiate the purchase of Bank Owned Property. BankMarketplace.com does not participate in the transaction in any way other than connecting buyers and sellers of Bank Owned Property.
     
How will buyers and investors find my listings?

  • Each Bank or Credit Union that is a member will have the option of providing a link on their website to their listings on BankMarketplace.com.
  • Buyers and investors across the country and world can search your listings both on the World Wide Web and by using the search capabilities on BankMarketplace.com
     
If I am a Bank or Credit Union; How do I create an account or become a member?
 

How difficult is it to add, remove and manage my listings?

  • Once you create an account, you can select a package that fits your needs and begin listing your Bank Owned Property immediately. Managing your account can be performed by any level employee.
